General manager Corey Phikus told KXAN that someone had a gun in their jean pants pocket and it accidentally went off inside the club, ricocheting and hitting two people. Gun ‘accidentally’ goes off in Sixth Street bar, injures 2 people Records show 26-year-old Harold Keiondre Coleman was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful carrying of a weapon in a prohibited place. KYLE, Texas (KXAN) – The Hays Consolidated Independent School District Board of Trustees Monday night approved an agreement between the district and Hays County where the county would provide an additional three school resource officers, or SROs, to the district. On Monday, the average price of gas in the area was $3.72 per gallon. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! MU researchers warning farmers after invasive tick discovered in Boone County COLUMBIA, Mo. —The discovery of an invasive tick species could mean trouble for Missouri cattle farmers. Researchers at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine have discovered invasive longhorned ticks in Boone County.  Chiefs’ Justin Reid searching for young fan from training camp Rosalie Ierardi, a clinical instructor at the MU Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory (VMDL) and doctoral student at the MU College of Veterinary Medicine, discovered the same type of ticks in northern Missouri last year. The tick has been linked to millions in agricultural damage worldwide and its presence could mean trouble for cattle producers in mid-Missouri. Missouri's first 'Safe Haven' baby box coming to the St. Louis area JEFFERSON COUNTY -- Missouri's first infant rescue box will be available in St. Louis County next month. The box will be located at the Mehlville Fire Protection District Station 2. “Hopefully this will be the first of many locations where unwanted babies can be brought to receive love and care and a new home with a loving family,” stated State Repetitive Jim Murphy.Murphy sponsored legislation bill allowing for Safe Haven Baby Boxes, and it passed in 2021. Two fires burning in forests west of Colorado Springs quickly snuffed Firefighters northwest of Colorado Springs near Monument quickly suppressed a fire burning in oak brush Tuesday morning, the second small blaze in a day.This Mount Herman Fire burned on about a third of an acre, U.S. Forest Service officials said in a posting at 9:03 a.m. on Twitter.
